Classes
Jennifer’s expertise and experience is always personal and directed to your individual needs. Both private and weekly classes are available.
Students appreciate and enjoy the increased personal attention that comes with private sessions, and often find that their practice of yoga is enhanced as a result.
Private sessions can be scheduled for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Mid-day Class
Mixed Level class is held Thursdays from 12:00pm - 1:15pm
Evening & Weekends
Advanced classes and workshops will include inversions, backbends, and other advanced poses.
Tuesday: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Thursday: 12:00pm - 1:15pm
Sunday Workshops are held monthly. These 2 hour workshops are small, in-person workshops of 8 or less participants allowing for a more focused and personalized experience.
Prices
Individual in-person classes are $25 or you can purchase a month of classes for $20 each (total $80 or $100 depending on the month). While there are NO refunds, but make-ups are available within the month. Currently, all classes are held in a hybrid format, and recordings of classes are available if unable to attend.
Virtual classes are $20 each, or you can purchase a month of classes for $15 each (a total of $60 or $75, depending on the month). If you can’t attend a virtual class live, you will receive a link to download the class.
Private classes are $100 / 60 minutes (1 hour) or $150 / 90 minutes (1 1/2 hours) for one person, and an additional person is an extra $25.
Workshops are $40 / 2 hour workshop.
New to the studio? A 1-hour private class for coaching and assessment is required before joining mixed or advanced classes.
